Holdcraft’s Cultural Council position affirmed

BROOKFIELD – Selectman Peter O’Connell reported to fellow members of the board of selectmen that the Brookfield Cultural Council’s assertion that David Holdcraft’s appointive position to that committee should end, not in 2009, but in 2012, is correct.

Selectmen issue urgent email edict

BROOKFIELD – The board of selectmen has ruled that, as of Tuesday, August 31, all town employees and members of town commissions and committees – any persons sending emails on behalf of the town – must have and use a Town of Brookfield email address.
