North Brookfield Town Report
dedicated to ÔOur HeroesÕ
NORTH BROOKFIELD - This
yearÕs town reports are out, and North BrookfieldÕs military veterans were
invited to a surprise ceremony in their honor at TuesdayÕs selectmenÕs meeting.
The annual report is dedicated to Òour heroes,Ó and John Ingemi, Trustee and Past Commander of
North BrookfieldÕs VFW post, also a Life Member of the American Legion Post and
Tim Nason, Commander of the American Legion post, accompanied by members of
both organizations, stepped forward to be presented copies of the new reports.

Jason Petraitis, observing that each year the reports are dedicated to an
outstanding citizen or citizens, announced the dedication and asked those
veterans present to stand and
receive the thanks and applause of the board and others attending the meeting.
There were handshakes, hugs,
and a few teary eyes as the veterans received the town reports and words of
appreciation from town officials, friends and neighbors.
The new reports will be
available at the town election, May 3rd at the senior center, and at
the special town meeting, Friday, May 7 at the North Brookfield Elementary
School.
