David Prouty High School graduation to be held June 4

SPENCER - David Prouty High School graduation will be held on Friday, June 4, at 6 p.m. at the high school.

Seniors have been busy during this preceding week, with a class trip to Six Flags, senior exams, and scholarship forms to be completed and returned.

The senior dinner dance was held May 26 at Zukas Hilltop Farm.

Senior Pride Day was held May 27, with a cookout at noon. Friday, May 28 will be a day-off for the busy members of the graduating class of 2010.

Graduation week begins on Tuesday, June 1, with mandatory graduation rehearsal at 8 a.m. The senior honor banquet will be held Tuesday evening at Salem Cross Inn at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, June 2, begins again at 8 a.m. with graduation rehearsal, distribution of caps, gowns, and tickets. A Baccalaureate service will be held at Spencer Congregational Church at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

Class day will be held Thursday, June 3, beginning at 12:45 p.m.

The week’s activities will culminate in the 6 p.m. graduation on Friday.
