Young riders attend dressage festival
NEW BRAINTREE - Eight students of White Spruce Farms in New Braintree attended Lendon Gray's Youth Dressage Festival this past weekend for the first time.
Mary Louisa Jones, of New Braintree, went home with the Championship in the Introductory Division age 10-11 years.
Anthoy and Marissa Pellegrino placed 7th and 9th respectively in the Introductory Division age 11-14. Ashley Cormier of North Brookfield, placed 10th in the Introductory Division age 11-14.
Susannah Jones of New Braintree, placed second in the Training Level A division age 14-17.
Samantha Denner of New Braintree, placed 9th in the Training Level A division age 17 - 21.
Hannah Doe and Eileen Graham of North Brookfield received roving judge awards for their outstanding attitudes and behavior during the three days of competition. Eileen Graham, Susannah Jones and Samantha Denner also competed as a team in the Training Level A division and finished 5th overall.
