A proud parade

EAST BROOKFIELD – New this year to the East Brookfield Independence Day celebration was a decorated boat competition and boat parade around Lake Lashaway.

Here the two top prize winners show their stuff. The Zalouski family of North Brookfield floated away with first prize, followed by East Brookfield’s second prize winners, the Pratt family, upholding this town’s winning attitude toward our country’s birthday.
